Your USERNAME is your initials followed by the last five (5) digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and the last two (2) digits of the year you were born. Up to three (3) characters can be used for your initials. If you do not have a middle name, then you will only use two (2) characters for your initials vice three (3). If you have more than one middle name, you should use the initial of your first middle name in order to fill the first three (3) characters of your username. Your PASSWORD is the year, month, and day of your birth in the yyyymmdd format. yyyy = the four (4) digit year of your birth, mm = the two (2) digit month of your birth, and dd = the two (2) digit day of your birth.

Your Username is either nine (9) or ten (10) characters long and your Password is eight (8) characters long.
